Affinia Chicago

The Affinia Hotel is our first choice when we are in Chicago. Its' design is sleek and minimal in the common spaces but cozy and welcoming in the guest rooms. Any hotel that thinks enough about a guests comfort to include a soft, cozy throw in the guest room always wins me over! The Affinia featured a beautiful throw, that I wrapped up in more than once, placed on the foot of the bed. Our guest room was wonderfully different from the square or rectangle guestrooms we've become accustomed to. This guest room offered multiple levels separated by two steps and an "L" shaped layout that offered ample space for the bed, a full sized sofa, coffee table, make-up area, and work station. The design was very well thought out!
