DC by foot is a FREE walking tour that is pet-friendly if your pet is properly leashed and you have appropriate clean up materials. The tours meet each day at 2:00 & 6:00 pm at the Washington Monument on the North corner of Constitution Avenue and 15th Streets. This is a fantastic FREE walking tour, but please tip your guides, this is how they earn their living. Have fun, wear comfortable clothes/shoes, and bring water for you and the pup.
